Where are my pictures?
If you see your the gallery for your session, simply click on it. If it displays a lock on the gallery, you will need the access code. If you have an access code, and do not see your gallery, it may be because you requested it to not be a publicly viewable gallery. In that case, simply enter your access code in the box marked "Access Code" and click the Submit button.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, there is a "Forgot my password" link on the Log In page to help you retrieve or reset your password.

I'm having problems creating an account.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the "Access Password Protected Gallery" link on the menu bar. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.

I want to create a registry for my baby photos or my wedding. How do I do this?
This is a similar thing to what many couples and expectant parents do when registering at stores, you can set up registry for photographic services.
